R-40-94 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING <br />SPECIFIC LOCAL DISCHARGE LIMITATIONS IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 13.08 OF THE <br />COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br />WHEREAS, the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br />Permit (NPDES) issued to the City of Colton by the California Regional Water <br />Quality Control Board, Santa Ana Region, requires the City to adopt a <br />Pretreatment Ordinance regulating the discharge of non-domestic wastes; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has adopted a Pretreatment Ordinance <br />which regulates the discharge of non-domestic waste into the sewerage <br />system of the City of Colton; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to periodically re-evaluate the maximum <br />allowable concentration levels of wastewater pollutants and to make <br />adjustments in those levels; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Colton does hereby establish the following Specific Local Discharge <br />Limitations in accordance with Sections 13.08.240 and 13.08.315 of the <br />Colton Municipal Code, which sections are part of the Pretreatment <br />Ordinance regulating the discharge of non-domestic waste into the sewerage <br />system of the City of Colton. <br />SECTION I. Specific Local Pollutant Concentration Limits. No Class <br />or Class II User shall, except as specifically allowed by the Director of Public <br />Works, on a temporary basis, or as provided herein or in Chapter 13.08 of <br />
