CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF AUGUST 2, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing to adopt a report and statement of expenses for the Weed Abatement <br />Program and to consider imposing a lien upon property for payment therefor. <br />Subsequent to Council action, the Report of Costs, with the accompanying Resolution, will be <br />forwarded to the Property Tax Division of the San Bernardino County Auditor/Controller-Recorder <br />for collection as a lien on the property. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Approximately 150 parcels were completed for the Spring Weed Abatement season resulting <br />in the assessment of $11,250 in administrative fees in addition to the contractor's charges. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends Council action, at this time, to confirm the statement of expenses and <br />approved the attached Resolution. <br />AS:tg <br />Attachment: Resolution <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENCE//�. <br />CITY OF C OLTON <br />FIRE 1015PAG3TMENT <br />Page 2 of 2 Item No. <br />
