Information to Prospective Bidders. The City <br />Clerk, the Director, and the Treasurer are authorized and directed to <br />cause to be furnished to prospective bidders for the Bonds, upon their <br />request, a reasonable number of copies of the Notice Inviting Bids and <br />the Preliminary Official Statement. <br />SECTION 7. Other Actions. The Mayor, the Director, the <br />Treasurer, the City Clerk and the City Attorney and the other officers <br />and officials of the City and their authorized representatives are <br />hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to do <br />any and all things and to take all actions, including execution and <br />delivery of any and all agreements and documents which they, or any of <br />them, may deem necessary and advisable in order to consummate the sale <br />of the Bonds or any of the transactions or actions contemplated by or <br />to carry out the purposes of this Resolution, and such actions <br />previously taken by such officers and officials are hereby ratified <br />and confirmed. <br />SECTION 8. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take <br />effect immediately upon its adoption. <br />An <br />W-- <br />
