Revised & Approved 4/28/93 <br />termination of this Agreement and the work of the Task Force, any <br />funds not used shall be returned to the AGENCIES in proportion to <br />their contribution. <br />9. Term of Agreement <br />The Task Force shall perform all of the work specified in <br />Paragraph 7, above, within two years of the effective date of this <br />Agreement, and this Agreement shall terminate, unless extended by <br />mutual agreement, on February 28, 1995 provided that all debts and <br />liabilities of the Task Force are satisfied; and provided, further, <br />that each AGENCY reserves the right to terminate at anytime, upon <br />sixty (60) days' written notice to the Task Force, its <br />participation in the work of the Task Force. In the event an <br />AGENCY terminates its participation, the Task Force will determine <br />liability for past and in -progress obligations and determine if a <br />refund of unexpended contributions is appropriate. <br />10. Ownership of Documents <br />All work produced (including originals prepared by anyone in <br />connection with, or pertaining to, the work of the Task Force) <br />shall become the property of the AGENCIES. <br />11. Draft Report and Final Report <br />A Draft Report of the work of the Task Force shall. be <br />completed on or before December 1, 1994. A Final Report on the <br />11 <br />
