Assignment <br />No right, duty or obligation of whatever kind or nature <br />created herein shall be assigned by any AGENCY without the prior <br />written consent of the other AGENCIES. Upon such consent, this <br />Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the <br />successors and assigns of the AGENCIES. <br />13. Counterparts <br />This Agreement may be executed in original counterparts which <br />together shall constitute a single agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the AGENCIES have executed this Agreement <br />on the date set forth below. <br />12 <br />
