Revised & Approved 4/28/93 <br />H. It is the purpose of this Agreement to: <br />1) Create the said Task Force. <br />2) Identify the initial tasks of the Task Force. <br />3) Specify the initial financial appropriations to be <br />made by each of the AGENCIES to the work of <br />the Task. Force. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and <br />the mutual covenants contained therein, the AGENCIES agree as <br />follows: <br />1. CREATION OF THE TASK FORCE <br />(a) There is hereby created the "Colton -Riverside Basin water <br />Resources Management Task Force" (hereinafter the "Task Force"), <br />(b) Regular members. Each AGENCY shall appoint one <br />representative to the Task Force as a voting member concurrently <br />with the execution of this Agreement by the appointing AGENCY. The <br />identity of each of the appointed representatives from each <br />respective AGENCY shall be promptly communicated to SAWPA. <br />Appointed representatives to the Task Force shall serve at the <br />pleasure of the governing body of the respective appointing <br />AGENCIES and may be removed at any time, with or without cause; <br />provided, however, that the parties hereto acknowledge and agree <br />the continuity of representation on the Task Force is important to <br />the overall effectiveness of the Task Force, and the AGENCIES <br />4 <br />
