After <br />the representatives are appointed, a list will be appended to this <br />AGREEMENT as Appendix A. <br />(c) Advisory Members. Regulatory or other governmental <br />agencies may designate representatives as non-voting advisors to <br />the Task Force. The Task Force will formally recognize these <br />representatives and ensure all materials and products of the Task <br />Force are provided to those representatives. After the <br />representatives are designated, a list will be appended to this <br />AGREEMENT as Appendix B. <br />(d) Purpose. (1) The Task Force shall meet generally once <br />per month for the purpose of reviewing and evaluating the work <br />product of the Task Force, its Engineering or Technical (if <br />required) Committee and of any authorized consultants retained by <br />SAWPA on behalf of the Task Force. (2) The Task Force shall <br />administer this AGREEMENT subject to the reserved right of each of <br />the AGENCIES to approve their respective financial appropriations <br />to Task Force budgets. <br />2. Sub -Committees <br />The Task Force may establish working sub -committees, <br />consisting of individuals who shall be selected by and serve at the <br />Pleasure of the members of the Task Force. <br />F <br />7 <br />
