Administration of Task Force Work <br />SAWPA shall make its personnel available as necessary to the <br />Task Force to perform the secretarial, clerical, administrative, <br />and financial management duties requested by the Task Force. The <br />Task Force shall reimburse SAWPA for personnel time expended on <br />behalf of the Task Force at SAWPA's rate of salary, plus overhead, <br />and for the cost of materials used, upon presentation of quarterly <br />billings. Upon recommendation by the Task Force, SAWPA shall <br />retain qualified consultants selected by the Task Force, subject to <br />approval of SAWPA's Commission. <br />6. Additional Parties <br />The parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that the <br />effectiveness of the Task Force may be improved by the addition of <br />other entities who have interest in the work of the Task Force. <br />Such entities may join the Task Force on such terms and conditions <br />as are acceptable to all parties to this Agreement, including, but <br />not limited to, agreed-upon cash contributions to past, present, <br />and/or future work of the Task Force. <br />7. Task Force Work <br />TASK A: The initial task of the Task Force is to prepare and <br />adopt a scope of work for this study, including an initial budget <br />that identifies contributions form each participating agency.
