Revised & Approved 4/28/93 <br />completed, the Scope of Work and Program Budget will become a part <br />of this Task Force Agreement as Appendix C and D, respectively. <br />The AGENCIES propose the following subsequent additional tasks, <br />which shall be the subject of future approved contracts, or <br />amendments or Exhibits to this AGREEMENT. The AGENCIES <br />specifically acknowledge and agree that participation in the <br />initial task (Task A) does not obligate them to participate in any <br />subsequent task. <br />TASK B: Following approval of a Scope of Work the Task Force <br />shall prepare and adopt a Water Resources Management Plan (Plan) <br />for the Colton -Riverside Basins. The Plan shall be based on the <br />objectives identified in the Scope of Work. These objectives <br />generally relate to: (1) improvements in the quality of wastewater. <br />that impact the Colton -Riverside Basins; (2) enhancing the ability <br />to provide for seasonal storage of water resources in.the Colton - <br />Riverside Basins that will also enhance recharge in basins below <br />Prado Dam; (3) restoration of the Colton Basin for water supply; <br />and (4) restoration of the Riverside Basin for water supply. <br />TASK C: Upon completion of the Plan, the Task Force shall develop <br />a financial plan for implementing water resource management <br />elements identified in the Plan. <br />8 <br />
