SENT BY:RURCHASINQ ; 5-31-94 8:54 ; City of Coltonâ–ş 9-8803064;# 2 <br />ADDENDUM #2 <br />DEMOLITION SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND INSTRUCTIONS <br />The City of Colton is seeking bids for the demolition of the structure listed below. <br />Specifications follow the property description and must be followed by the successful bidder. <br />All contractors are required to provide proof of possession of a current California State <br />Contractor's License, Liability Insurance, and proof of Workers Compensation. <br />SUBJECT PROPERTY: 1469 Holly Ave . <br />PARCEL NUMBER: 164-011-19 <br />TYPE OF STRUCTURE: Single Family Dwelling and Garage <br />TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION: Wood Frame <br />SPECIFICATIONS <br />1. Contractor is responsible for notification and securing authorization as specified in <br />Rule 1403 by the South Coast Air Quality Management District prior to proceeding <br />with demolition and providing proof of said authorization to the City Community <br />Development Department prior to purchasing the required demolition permits. <br />2. The contractor is responsible for purchasing all required . permits and a City business <br />license prior to commencing with said demolition. <br />3. The contractor is further responsible for all inspections by a City of Colton Bu ding <br />Inspector and satisfactorily performing all work as directed by said inspector. <br />4. The contractor is responsible for the total demolition of the structure and concrete <br />slabs. <br />S. The contractor shall remove any and all debris, trash, and rubble from the demolition <br />site. <br />6. The contractor shall dispose of all materials removed from the site in accordance <br />with any and all applicable regulations as required by state and local <br />governments. <br />7. The contractor shall cap any and all sewer lines at or near the property line. <br />
