Specifications follow the property description and must be followed by the successful bidder. All contractors are required to provide proof of possession of a current California State Contractor's License, Liability Insurance, and proof of Workers Compensation. SUBJECT PROPERTY: 1469 Holly Ave . PARCEL NUMBER: 164-011-19 TYPE OF STRUCTURE: Single Family Dwelling and Garage TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION: Wood Frame SPECIFICATIONS 1. Contractor is responsible for notification and securing authorization as specified in Rule 1403 by the South Coast Air Quality Management District prior to proceeding with demolition and providing proof of said authorization to the City Community Development Department prior to purchasing the required demolition permits. 2. The contractor is responsible for purchasing all required . permits and a City business license prior to commencing with said demolition. 3. The contractor is further responsible for all inspections by a City of Colton Bu ding Inspector and satisfactorily performing all work as directed by said inspector. 4. The contractor is responsible for the total demolition of the structure and concrete slabs. S. The contractor shall remove any and all debris, trash, and rubble from the demolition site. 6. The contractor shall dispose of all materials removed from the site in accordance with any and all applicable regulations as required by state and local governments. 7. The contractor shall cap any and all sewer lines at or near the property line.
