The contractor is responsible for requesting any and all utility companies, cable <br />companies, telephone companies, and any other services provided to the subject <br />property to be disconnected prior to commencement of the demolition operations. <br />The contractor is further responsible for the verification of said disconnections. <br />9. The contractor is responsible for notifying any and all pipeline and utility companies <br />of the demolition, excavation, and any other digging operations. <br />10. The contractor is responsible for the complete removal of any septic tanks, leach <br />lines, wells or any other subterranean structure pipes or lines utilized by said <br />structure with the exception of those lines as specified in item number 9. <br />11. The contractor shall fill any and all resulting trenches, holes or other irregularities <br />and remove or otherwise level any and all dirt mounds leaving the site free of any <br />rubble,trash, or any other types of debris with the exception of any established <br />vegetation as may be specified. <br />12. On completion of all work, the contractor must meet all requirements as specified <br />and successfully pass the final inspection by the Building Inspector and City Code <br />Enforcement Officer. <br />13. The bid amount shall include all the costs including building permits, disposal, etc, <br />14. The contractor shall Iist each property, description. of work, time required to <br />complete each job at the address as bid, including the parcel number. <br />NOTE; The successful bidder may be required to provide letter of reference as <br />applicable to previous completed demolitions, <br />dem"Peadaw <br />
