NOTICE INVITING BIDS <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City <br />of Colton has authorized the City Clerk to advertise for <br />sealed bids for furnishing of supplies, services and/or <br />equipment described below. Bids will be received at the <br />General Services office of the City of Colton up to the <br />hour of 3:00 P.M., June 27, 1994, at which time all said <br />bids will be publicly opened, declared and explained. <br />Bid Security is waived. The bid amount shall include all <br />taxes, freight and/or handling charges and all other costs <br />to be paid rev t,,__ - <br />Bids <br />,,_ <br />Bids shall be submitted on contract document forms to be <br />obtained at the General Services office of the City of <br />Colton for a fee of -0-. Contract documents will consist <br />of the herein Notice Inviting Bids, Bid Sheet, Bid Speci- <br />fications and Form of Agreement as prepared and required <br />by the City of Colton. <br />Description of supplies, services and/or equipment is as <br />follows: ANNUAL CONTRACT TO FURNISH SWEEPER BROOMS AND <br />MISCELLANEOUS PARTS FOR THE CITY OF COLTON ON AN AS <br />REQUIRED BASIS FOR THE PERIOD JULY 11 1994 THROUGH JUNE 301 <br />1995. <br />Dated this 16th day of June 1994.
