The <br />cost savings for the City is $546,572 for FY94-95, and will increase in FY95-96 <br />due to the deletion of payments to OMI which are included in the first 3 months <br />(July to September) of the FY94-95 budget. <br />I am requesting that Personnel present the wastewater job descriptions to the San <br />Bernardino County Employees Association for their review prior to the Council <br />meeting on June 21. <br />The existing contract with OMI expires on October 4, 1994, however, the contract <br />allows for cost of living increases effective on July 1 of each fiscal year. OMI will <br />submit a contract amendment, which will reflect the cost of living increase for the <br />period of July 1, 1994 to October 1, 1994. OMI has agreed to end the contract on <br />October 1 rather than October 4 for accounting purposes.
