In <br />addition, operation of proposed future modifications to the plant are considered. <br />Based on the study, it is recommended that the City operate the wastewater treatment <br />plant. Recommended organizational structure, job descriptions, and implementation <br />schedule are provided. <br />We are available to discuss the report with you at your convenience.
