a <br />t <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF MARCH 1, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing of File Index Number DO -04-94, an amendment to Chapter 18.56 <br />of the Colton Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) Relating to Property Maintenance <br />As presented, any property owner who maintains any nuisance as defined in the proposed <br />amendment and who fails to comply with the Order of Abatement will be guilty of an infraction. <br />Any person who removes any notice of order posted, as required by this amendment, for the <br />purpose of interfering with the enforcement of the provisions of this proposed Chapter will also <br />be guilty of an infraction. Lastly, any person who obstructs, impedes or interferes with any <br />representative of the City, including persons who own, lease, or occupy property, when any of <br />the aforementioned individuals are lawfully engaged in proceedings involving the abatement of <br />a nuisance under this proposed Chapter, is guilty of an infraction. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION <br />Section 15061, Subsection (b) (3) of the.California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines <br />provides that, where an agency can determine, with certainty, that no possibility exists that a <br />project may produce significant environmental effects, the agency has no further obligations <br />under the California Environmental Quality Act.
