R-01-94 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON APPROVING TEXT AMENDMENTS TO <br />CHAPTER 18.56 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br />REGARDING PROPERTY: MAINTENANCE STANDARDS AND <br />PROCEDURES WITHIN THE CITY (FILE INDEX NUMBER <br />DO -04-94) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did <br />consider a text amendment, File Index Number DO -04-94, requested by <br />the City of Colton to revise Chapter 18.56 of the Colton Municipal <br />Code as attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission did review the Environmental <br />Assessment and determined said text amendment warranted a Notice Of <br />Exemption, per Section 15061 (b) (3) of the California Environ- <br />mental Quality Act; and <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission did give notice of the <br />Public Hearing, as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission did hold said Public Hearing <br />and did consider said text amendment on Tuesday, February 8, 1994. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Colton does hereby recommend, to the City Council that <br />Chapter 18.56 of the Colton Municipal Code be amended in its <br />entirety as per File Index Number DO -04-94. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 1994. <br />PLANNING CO <br />City of Col <br />a, Socre <br />xamon nernanaez, chairperson <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Colton <br />
