ORDINANCE NO. 0-02-94 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />REVISING CHAPTER 18.56. OF THE COLTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING PROPERTY <br />MAINTENANCE STANDARDS AND <br />PROCEDURES WITHIN THE CITY <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1 Chapter 18.56 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby revised in <br />its entirety to read as follows: <br />"Chapter 18.56 <br />PROPERTY MAINTENANCE <br />SECTIONS <br />18.56.010 Intent of chapter. <br />18.56.020 Responsibilities for property maintenance. <br />18.56.030 Classification of nuisances. <br />18.56.040 Declaration of nuisance. <br />18.56.050 Voluntary abatement of nuisances. <br />18.56.060 Failure to voluntarily abate a declared nuisance. <br />18._56.070 Notice of intention to abate public nuisance and public hearing <br />thereon. <br />18.56.080 Authority to enter upon land. <br />
