E <br />1 adoption of this ordinance and to continue for a period of 45 days or until .the Community <br />2 <br />Development Director and the Public Works Director have completed their review, evaluation <br />'3 <br />4 and any necessary modifications to the City building standards and procedures for such slope <br />5 areas. <br />6 SECTION 4: The Mayor shall sign and the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and <br />7 adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to beublished and <br />p posted pursuant to the <br />8 <br />provisions of law in that regard and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately and shall be <br />9 <br />in effect for a period of 45 days unless further extended by action of the City Council. <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1994. <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />Frank A.
