R-11-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AFFORDING SUPPLEMENTAL COMPENSATION TO THE <br />CITY CLERK AND AMENDING RESOLUTION R-59-90. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1572 fixes the salary for the position <br />Of City Clerk at $370 per month, and authorizes the City Council <br />to provide by Resolution, supplemental compensation for added <br />duties; and <br />WHEREAS, the current City Clerk, Helen A. Ramos, performs <br />duties in addition to those identified in Ordinance No. 1572. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Supplemental compensation for the City Clerk, Helen A. <br />Ramos, shall be fixed at the sum of $3750 per month, in addition <br />to the sum of $370 per month provided by Ordinance No. 1572 for a <br />total compensation of $4120 per month, effective December 22 <br />1990. <br />2• Supplemental compensation is specifically authorized for <br />the performance of City Clerk, Helen A. Ramos. <br />3. Supplemental compensation shall not be provided to <br />subsequent City Clerks, unless so authorized by the City Council. <br />4. In addition to salary, the City Clerk shall be provided <br />the benefit package provided to Staff Members of the Executive <br />Unit. <br />
