Lavin, Water Utilities Manager <br />SUBJECT: Date: <br />Acceptance of FY92-93 WQC Plant Upgrade of Facilities <br />Project as 100% Complete and Authorize the Filing of <br />e o ice o omp a ion <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On January 19, 1993 Council awarded a contract to Pascal & Ludwig Engineers for <br />the WQC Plant Upgrade of Facilities per the Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br />The work included the installation of: 1) an electric motor to replace a gas engine. <br />2) an emergency standby pump. 3) an emergency generator to operate the plant. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />All of the work has been completed per the specifications and approved by the <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board.
