By personal service on the owner, occupant or person in charge <br />or control of the property. <br />B. By registered or certified mail addressed to the owner at the last <br />known address of such owner. If there is no known address for the <br />owner, the notice shall be sent to the property address. "Owner" as <br />used herein means any person(s) shown as the property owner on the <br />latest equalized property tax assessment rolls. If the property owner <br />cannot be served by personal service or by mail, service shall be <br />accomplished by posting such notice on a conspicuous place on the <br />land specified. <br />18.56.100 HEARING BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT AND <br />HOUSING ADVISORY APPEALS BOARD. <br />At the time and place stated in the notice of public hearing, the Code <br />Enforcement and Housing Advisory Appeals Board shall hear and consider all <br />relevant evidences, objections or protests, and shall receive testimony of <br />owners, lessees, occupants, witnesses, city personnel and interested persons <br />relative to such alleged public nuisance and to proposed abatement measures. <br />The hearing may be continued from time to time. <br />
