PARTIES: The Parties to this 1994 Settlement Agreement are <br />the Southern California Edison Company, a California corporation <br />("Edison"), and the cities of Anaheim, Azusa, Banning, Colton, <br />and Riverside, California, all California municipal corporations <br />("City" or "Cities"), hereinafter sometimes referred to <br />individually as "Party" and collectively as "Parties". <br />2. RECITALS: <br />2.1 Edison is an investor-owned public utility doing <br />business in the State of California and is subject to the <br />jurisdiction of the Commission with respect to providing electric <br />service to the Cities. <br />2.2 In December 1992, Edison and the Cities entered into <br />a settlement agreement ("1992 Settlement Agreement") which was <br />submitted to the Commission in Docket Nos.
