The 1992 <br />Settl.ement Agreement addressed outstanding issues between Edison <br />and t:he Cities pending before the Commission and the United <br />StatE�s Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, <br />inclu�ding issues in Commission Docket Nos. ER76-205, ER79-150, <br />ER81-177, ER82-427 (including the Cities' petition for judicial <br />revie�w) , ER84 - 75 ( including the Cities' petition for j udicial <br />revie�w), ER86-271, ER87-483, and FA85-67. <br />2.3 Certain issues between Edison and some or all of the <br />Cities were identified in Sections 6.3 and 6.4 of Appendix C to <br />the 1992 Settlement Agreement, and the Parties agreed to <br />procedures set forth in Appendix C to resolve those issues. <br />2.4 Edison and the Cities have conducted negotiations <br />concerning the issues identified in Appendix C to the 1992 <br />Settlement Agreement and wish to resolve such issues under <br />Appendix C as set forth in this Agreement. <br />3. ,AGREEMENT: <br />In consideration of the premises, covenants and <br />conditions contained in this Agreement, the Parties agree as <br />follo�ws : <br />- 2 - <br />
