DEFINITIONS: <br />Unless otherwise defined herein, the terms used in <br />this Agreement with initial capitalization shall have the <br />meanings as defined in the 1990 IOA. The following terms, when <br />used herein with initial capitalization (whether in the singular <br />or pl.ural), shall have the following meanings: <br />4.1 Agreement: This 1994 Settlement Agreement between <br />Edisc�n and the Cities. <br />4.2 Appendix C: Appendix C to the 1992 Settlement <br />Agree�ment . <br />4.3 1990 IOA: The 1990 Integrated Operations Agreements <br />between Edison and each of the Cities, executed on March 29, <br />1990. <br />4.4 1992 Settlement Agreement: The 1992 Settlement <br />Agreement between Edison and the Cities, executed on December 17, <br />1992. <br />4.5 PSA: The Power Sale Agreements between Edison and <br />each of the Cities, executed on March 29, 1990. <br />- 3 - <br />
