H;su, Collins, and Drew <br />April 21, 1994 <br />Page 3 <br />6) <br />7) <br />8) <br />9) <br />Pacific Intertie Transmissions Losses <br />Section 5.1.6 provides that a City may return <br />transmission losses on the Intertie at either the <br />City Point of Delivery or Sylmar Point of <br />Attachment at City's option. <br />Bidirectional Transmission Service <br />Section 5.1.7 provides that the Cities and Edison <br />will use their best efforts to negotiate <br />bidirectional firm and interruptible transmission <br />service agreements.
