REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL <br />PREPARATION OF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLAN <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Design, develop and present an Affirmative Action Plan that complies with all State and <br />Federal regulations including, but not limited to, Part 60-741 Handicapped, and Part 60-250 <br />Veterans of Executive Order No. 11246 and all applicable State and Federal codes and <br />regulations. <br />Organize, audit and assimilate all data into proper order to comply with Executive Order <br />11246 of the Office of the Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and applicable State <br />and Federal requirements. <br />This plan must include the following statistical analysis: <br />* Workforce Analysis <br />* Job Group Analysis <br />* Availability Analysis <br />* Utilization Analysis and Goals <br />* Adverse Impact analysis for new hires, terminations and promotions and transfers <br />that meet the Uniform Guideline on Employee Selection Procedures. <br />TIME REQUIREMENTS <br />Responses to this Request for Proposal must be submitted to the City no later than May <br />20, 1994. The Affirmative Action Plan should be completed within 30 days of commencement <br />of work. <br />COMPENSATION <br />The City is willing to negotiate compensation with the successful consultant, but total cost <br />should not exceed $6,000, payable upon completion of work. <br />SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: <br />Proposals shall be submitted in writing to the City of Colton as follows: <br />City Manager <br />City of Colton <br />
