Surrounding Zoning and Land Use: <br />North: M-1 <br />South: M-1 <br />East: M-1 <br />West: M-1 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Storage Building <br />Industrial Business <br />Business <br />Vacant Land <br />During their regular meeting of Tuesday, February 22, 1994, the Planning Commission <br />considered, during a duly publicized hearing, an application by Thermal Combustion Innovators, <br />Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit, Major Variance, Design Review, and Environmental <br />Assessment for the installation of a proposed new medical waste incinerator within an existing <br />medical treatment facility. <br />After considering all evidence presented, a roll call vote resulted in denial of the proposed <br />project.
