R-56-94 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL UPHOLDING THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION DECISION TO DENY FILE <br />INDEX NUMBER DCV-54-93. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did <br />hold a public hearing for File Index Number DCV-54-93 on February <br />22, 1994; and <br />AHEREAS, the Planning Commission did deny said application <br />because it was found to not meet the criteria set forth by the <br />Zoning Ordinance for the granting of conditional use permits and <br />variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has appealed said decision within the <br />required time frame. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Colton that the f inding and decision of the Planning Commission <br />were correct and be it further resolved that the City Council <br />hereby reaffirms said finding and decision and thereby denies the <br />applicant's appeal. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1994 <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
