AGENDA REPORT <br />City Council Meeting <br />April 27, 1994 <br />In light of the recent requests and the change in the law, the Council may wish <br />to consider whether it wishes to require general distribution of the Brown Act by the City Clerk <br />to councilmembers and commissioners. Alternatively, the City Council may wish simply to <br />authorize the City Clerk to provide copies upon individual request and payment of copying costs. <br />Absent such direction, commissioners, councilmembers and the public must rely on the public <br />library or state offices to obtain current copies of the Brown Act. <br />Concurr ce: <br />City Manager <br />
