Gabriel, Economic Development ftu)� <br />SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION <br />CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT <br />TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE RANCHO/MILL <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL <br />IMPACT REPORT PREPARED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br />Background <br />Date: May 17, 1994 <br />According to Section 33360 of the Health and Safety Code, the City Council and the Redevelopment <br />Agency shall consider approval of the Redevelopment Plan at a public hearing. <br />Discussion <br />Attached is the Resolution of the City Council and a photocopy of Resolution #637 of the <br />Redevelopment Agency establishing the time, date and place of a joint public hearing on the <br />Redevelopment Plan for the Rancho/Mill Redevelopment Project and the Draft Environmental Impact <br />Report. All property owners in the Project Area must be notified by certified mail of the public <br />hearing and be given an opportunity to comment on the Redevelopment Plan and the Environmental <br />Impact Report.
