R-58-94 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COLTON CITY COUNCIL CONSENTING <br />TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE RANCHO/MILL <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />REPORT PREPARED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton (the <br />"Agency") has initiated proceedings for the =adoption of the <br />Redevelopment Plan for the Rancho/Mill Redevelopment Project; and <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 33360 of the Health and Safety <br />Code, the City Council shall consider at a public hearing the <br />Redevelopment Plan submitted by the Agency. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE COLTON CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Colton City Council hereby consents to a Joint <br />Public Hearing with the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton <br />on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Rancho/Mill Redevelopment <br />Project, and the Environmental Impact Report prepared in connection <br />therewith, at the following time and place: <br />Date: June 21, 1994 <br />Time: 6:30 p.m. <br />Place: City of Colton City Council Chambers <br />Section 2.
