Dear Property Owner: <br />Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of February, 1994, the City of <br />Colton passed a resolution declaring that noxious or dangerous weeds <br />growing upon or in front of any property within the City of Colton and that <br />any rubbish, refuse, and dirt upon or in front of any property within the City <br />of Colton and more particularly described in the resolution, and that they <br />constitute a public nuisance which must be abated by the removal of weeds, <br />rubbish, refuse and dirt. Otherwise, they will be removed and the nuisance <br />abated by the city and the cost of removal assessed upon the property of <br />which the weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt are removed and will constitute a <br />lien upon such property until paid. A copy of the resolution is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk. <br />All property owners having any objections the proposed removal of the <br />weeds, rubbish, refiise or dirt are hereby notified to attend a meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Colton to be held November 1, 1994, when their <br />objections will be heard and given due consideration. <br />Dated this 6th day October, 1994. <br />Signed: /Z City Clerk City of Colton. <br />IMPORTANT <br />IF THE PROPERTY IDENTIFIED IS NOT ABATED BY OCTOBER 31, 19949 A <br />CITY APPOINTED CONTRACTOR WILL BE ASSIGNED TO CLEAN OR <br />CLEAR YOUR PROPERTY.
