King �C <br />Date: October 5, 1994 <br />Subject: Sidewalks, curbs and gutters improvements on Congress Street between 8th Street and the <br />railroad tracks. <br />The off-site improvements, which Art Thompson donated $2500.00 to the City to have installed on <br />Congress Street between 8th and the railroad tracks will need surveying and some design work. The <br />surveying team from the Engineering Division has been scheduled for Thursday, October 6, 1994. As a <br />result of a preliminary field review it may become necessary to relocated a few existing structures that may <br />be in the alignment of the new improvements. <br />In discussing with Randy Rivera the construction schedule, he stated that the Street crews could be ready to <br />start the construction on Monday October 17, 1994, pending on resolving the existing relocation concerns. <br />If you have any further questions please call me at ext. 5074 <br />CC: John C.
