Gonzales Mayor of �olt�n 650 North La (�adena Drive Colton, CA 92,324 Dear Mr. (son�ales: � Subject: San Tuan Unit 3 Sunnlemental A�reement As requested by the City of Colton ("City"), Southern California Edison Company ("Edison") agrees to begin service under the 1995 Supplemental Agreement between Southern C:alifornia Edison Company and City of Colton for the Integration of Colton's Entitlement in San Juan Unit 3 and the Edison-Colton 1995 San Juan Unit 3 Firin T�ansmission Service Agreement Between Southern California Edison Company and City of Colton (the "Agreements") on the later of January 1, 1995, or on the day� fol�owing filing of the Agreements with the Federal Regulatory Commissic�n ("FERC"), subject to the conditions stated . herein. Terms used herein with initial capitalization which are not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned tc� them in the 1990 Integrated Operations Agreement between City and Edison (the "1'990 IOA"). If the Federal :Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") does not allow the Agreemen�s to become effective on or before the date upon which service is actually commenced, then for the period between the date of commencement of service and either (i) the ef�fective date of the Agreements or (ii) the date on which the parties hereto recE�ive notice that the Agreements will not be made effective, the following provisions shall apply. 1. Transmission Service Char�es For each hour in which Edison schedules San Juan Unit 3 energy into its Control Area and City schedules San Juan Unit 3 energy on its Resource Acc��unting Schedule, City shall pay Edison a transmission service charge under the Conformed Western Systems Power Pool ("WSPP") Agreement
