This commitment is not intended to be, and shall not <br />be deemed, a�recedent for the commencement of service for any other resources by <br />City or any other entity prior to the acceptance by FERC of the applicable Integration <br />Agreements. <br />Through the signature of its Vice President and contingent on City's signature, <br />Edison accept� the obligations set forth in this letter.
