City Council Meeting of <br />October 18, 1994 <br />Re -programming of CDBG Funds <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />There is no financial impact to the City's general fund. The requested action will <br />set a Public Hearing to allow the transfer of federal funds from one account to <br />another. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that a Public Hearing be set for the Regular City Council <br />Meeting of November 1, 1994, for the re -programming of Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Fiscal Year 1993-94 project, <br />"Street Improvements - Olive, Bordwell, La Cadena and Mt.
