Surety Bonds - at the time of delivery of the executed contract, the Contractor shall furnish the City with a satisfactory Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and a Faithful Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, said bonds shall be secured from a surety company or surety companies satisfactory to the City. These bonds shall remain in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year following the date of filing of the Notice of Completion. G. Designation of Subcontractors - in compliance with the provision of Section 4100- 4108 of the Government Code of the State of California, and any amendment thereof, each bidder shall set forth below the name and location of the mill, shop or office of each subcontractor who will perform work or labor or render service to the contractor in the amount in excess of one-half of one percent 0 /2 of 1 %) of the total bid, and the portion of the work which will be done by each subcontractor.
