1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />estimated in Exhibit A and are subject to revisions <br />in accordance with Section 11.3. <br />8.2 Colton shall pay to Edison the estimated One -Time <br />Collectible Cost, and the ITCC, if any, on or <br />before , or upon the execution of <br />this Agreement, whichever occurs later. <br />8.3 In addition to the payment set forth in Section 8.2 <br />above, following the installation of the Added <br />Facilities, and continuing for the term of the <br />Services under this Agreement, Colton shall pay to <br />Edison the Monthly Charge. <br />8.4 If the Agreement is terminated by Edison under the <br />terms of Section 4.2.1 or pursuant to Section 8.5, <br />Colton shall pay to Edison the following recorded <br />costs as of the date of termination: (1) Added <br />Facilities Cost, (2) One -Time Collectible Cost, and <br />(3) the costs specified in Section 10 herein. <br />8.5 Edison shall not perform any Services that cause <br />the Added Facilities Cost to exceed $546,000 or the <br />One -Time Collectible Cost to exceed $17,000 without <br />written authorization by Colton. These expenditure <br />limits shall not include the ITCC cost. Edison <br />shall notify Colton in writing at such time that <br />Edison reasonably believes that the Added <br />Facilities Cost or One -Time Collectible Cost <br />reflected herein will be exceeded.
