ADDED FACILITIE <br />6.1 <br />Edison shall design, engineer,- procure, construct, <br />install, own, operate, and maintain the Added <br />Facilities within the Colton Substation. <br />6.2 <br />Edison shall commence performance of the Services <br />upon the later of (i) effective date of this <br />Agreement pursuant to Section 4.1, or (ii) payment <br />by Colton to Edison as required by Section 8.2. <br />Edison shall use reasonable efforts to complete the <br />installation of the Added Facilities by , <br />19 However, Edison shall not be liable for any <br />cost or damage incurred by Colton because of any <br />delay in the completion of the installation of the <br />Added Facilities. <br />7. METERING <br />FOR INTEGRATED OPERATIONS: <br />7.1 <br />For accounting, billing, and metering capacity and <br />energy in accordance with the 1990 IOA and the <br />Partial Requirement Rate Schedule R-6.01, Edison <br />shall install metering equipment located at <br />Edison's Colton Substation as part of Added <br />Facilities. <br />8. CHARGES <br />8.1 Colton shall pay to Edison all costs incurred by <br />Edison for designing, engineering, procuring, <br />constructing, installing, owning, operating, and <br />maintaining the Added Facilities.
