1 <br />2 <br />3 1. <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />a <br />9 2. <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />ADDED FACILITIES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AND SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY <br />PARTIES: The Parties to this Added Facilities Agreement <br />are: the City of Colton, a municipal corporation (Colton) <br />of the State of California and Southern California Edison <br />Company, a California corporation (Edison), hereinafter <br />sometimes referred to individually as "Party" and <br />collectively as "Parties". <br />RECITALS: This Agreement is made with reference to the <br />following facts, among others: <br />2.1 Colton owns and operates a municipal utility which <br />presently purchases some electric capacity and <br />energy from Edison, for resale, under a Partial <br />Requirements Rate Schedule R-6.0.1 filed by Edison <br />with the FERC. Colton owns capacity resources, <br />purchases capacity resources and non-firm energy <br />from third parties, and owns transmission and <br />distribution facilities. <br />2.2 Edison is an electric utility engaged in the <br />business of generating, transmitting, and <br />distributing electric energy. As part of this <br />business, Edison owns, operates, and maintains its <br />own electric system. <br />2.3 Colton desires and Edison is willing to provide, at <br />Colton's expense, the design, engineering, <br />procurement, construction, installation, ownership, <br />-1- <br />SCE 26-395 R E V 11/90 <br />}n Printed on recycled paper <br />
