AGREEMENT: The Parties agree as follows: <br />4. EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERM: <br />4.1 This Agreement shall be effective upon execution by <br />the Parties and acceptance for filing by the FERC <br />without suspension; provided, however, if upon such <br />filing the FERC enters into a hearing to determine <br />whether this Agreement is just and reasonable, it <br />shall not become effective until the date when an <br />order no longer subject to judicial review has been <br />issued by the FERC determining this Agreement to be <br />just and reasonable without changes or new <br />conditions unacceptable to either Party. <br />4.2 This Agreement shall continue in effect until <br />terminated pursuant to Section 4.2.1, Section 8.5,; <br />or Section 10. <br />4.2.1 Edison shall have the right to terminate <br />this Agreement on five -years' advance <br />written notice, provided however that <br />such notice may not be given prior to the <br />expiration of thirty-five (35) years from <br />SCE 26-395 R E V 11/90 <br />-2- <br />%I Printed on recycled paper <br />
