SUSAN K. WEINTRAUB - DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
RE: REPRESENTATION of STEPHEN and DEBORAH ANDERSON
Dear Ms. Weintraub:
This letter is being written to confirm our phone conversation late yesterday afternoon at which
time you acknowledged that my client authorized your company to attempt to cure the problems
with the soil under his home by pressure grouting. You indicated that this process would take.
approximately three days, (not the two weeks my client was under the impression it would take),
and that all the large pieces of equipment necessary to complete this work would remain on the
property next to Mr. Anderson. You also indicated that any messes made by the workers would
be cleaned up and any damage done to the landscape would be repaired.
The short amount of time necessary to complete this process and the fact that the major pieces -of
equipment would be kept off Mr. Andersons property were the reasons you cited for why you
were not going to provide Mr. Anderson with alternate living quarters.
I do hope that this problem with the soil will be solved by pressure grouting for everyone's sake.
We appreciate your cooperation. Please do not hesitate to contact this office if you should wish
to discuss this matter.
Sincerely,
JOHN R.
