WEINTRAUB - DEVELOPMENT MANAGER <br />RE: REPRESENTATION of STEPHEN and DEBORAH ANDERSON <br />Dear Ms. Weintraub: <br />Due to the recent earthquake in Yucca Valley, Mr. Anderson's house has suffered further damage. <br />Upon visual inspection, at least one of the cracks in the house went from 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch <br />wide. Since Mr. Anderson has Earthquake Insurance from State Farm we are asking that you <br />hold up on your pressure grouting until they have had a chance to conduct'a complete inspection <br />of the property to determine any further damage. <br />Additionally, prior to the earthquake, your supervisor, Mr. Bobby Christy, indicated that his <br />workers will need to work inside the house to repair some of the damage. This will make it <br />extremely difficult to live in the house. Therefore,, at this time we are once again asking that your, <br />company provide the Andersons with alternate living quarters while the workers are repair the <br />home and the soil. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. I will contact your office when I receive more <br />information from State Farm.
