City Council will meet in Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 to <br />Confer with its Labor Negotiator, Gracie Fernandez Harmon, Regarding Negotiations with <br />Representatives of the Fire, Police Rank & File and Police Management Bargaining Units. <br />B. The City will meet in Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) to <br />Confer with its Legal Counsel Regarding the Following Matter of Pending Litigation: <br />Tennyson v. City of Colton <br />OPEN FORUM TO COMMENCE AT 7:30 P. M. <br />PROCEDURES FOR ADDRESSING CITY COUNCIL <br />For the Official Record, it is requested that you obtain a card from the City Clerk and complete it by noting a specific <br />item number on the Agenda, if applicable, or you can identify the subject that you wish to address under the Public <br />Comment portion of the Agenda. The City Council encourages public input on all City issues within the Rules of <br />Deconun: <br />DECORUM AND ORDER <br />To help conduct the business of the City Council in an orderly fashion, the City Council has adopted <br />rules pertaining to Decorum and Order. The City Council will strictly enforce these rules in order to <br />allow full expression of ideas and opinions by citizens staff or legal counsel The rules are summarized <br />below: <br />Unauthorized remarks from the audience, stamping of feet, whistling, clapping, yelling, and <br />similar demonstrations shall NOT be permitted by the Presiding Officer. Any disrupting <br />demonstrations shall be cause for the Chief of Police to clear the Council Chambers or to <br />remove individual offenders upon direction of the Presiding Officer. <br />1 <br />E. � 0 ? 1997 <br />
