Any person who orally attacks other individuals, groups, or City Officials, or otherwise becomes boisterous while <br />addressing the Council, or while attending the Council Meeting, shall be ruled out of order by the Presiding <br />Officer. If someone begins to make impertinent or slanderous remarks, the Presiding Officer (or the City Manager <br />or City Attorney at the direction of the Presiding Officer) will instruct the person to follow the Council Rules. If <br />the person does not cease, the Presiding Officer will instruct the Chief of Police to remove the person from the <br />Council Chambers and bar him/her from further audience before the Council. <br />NOTICE TO PUBLIC <br />Staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item referred to, on the Agenda, are on file in the Office of <br />the City Clerk and are available for public inspection. Any person having questions concerning any item on the Agenda <br />may call the City Clerk at 370-5032, to make inquiry concerning the nature of the item described on the Agenda. The <br />City Clerk shall direct inquiries to the appropriate office. <br />All matters listed under CONSENT CALENDAR are considered by the City Council to be routine and will all be enacted <br />by one motion in the form listed below.
