The personnel sent by one of the parties to the other will be under the <br />national law of the receiving country and the law and regulations of the <br />institution. These personnel cannot have another activity besides its <br />functions, nor can they receive economic compensation out of the ones <br />established, without the permission of the corresponding authorities. <br />ARTICLE IX <br />The differences that may derive from the interpretation of this agreement will <br />be resolved by the parties with mutual agreement. <br />ARTICLE X <br />The present agreement will commence at the date day of it's signature and <br />will continue as long as one of the parties decides to conclude it with six <br />months in advance. The agreement can be modified by common agreement <br />by both parties, which should be formalized with written communications, <br />specifying the date of implementation. <br />The termination of the agreement will not affect the conclusion of programs <br />or projects that may have been formalized during its implementation. <br />
