The parties will meet annually to evaluate the factors that derive from the <br />Present agreement and to propose new directions for the development of <br />Projects of mutual interest. <br />The parties will elaborate reports regarding the development and goals <br />accomplished according to the present agreement, and will <br />communicate the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of their country, as well as <br />the bilateral instances agreed upon. <br />The parties will meet before 60 sixty days after the signing of the present <br />agreement to formulate the Operations Plan for 2002. <br />ARTICLE V <br />The AOP'S will be subscripted between parties and take actions through <br />specific projects that will be included in the present agreement. Such <br />Projects should contain provisions for the execution of activities and <br />specifications regarding goals, coordination and administration, as well as <br />identifying the following aspects: <br />a) Objectives and activities to develop: <br />b) Calendar of activities; <br />c) Responsibility of each party <br />d) Designation of human, material and financial resources <br />e) Follow-up Mechanisms and evaluation, <br />f) Any other information that may be considered <br />ARTICLE VI <br />Each party can formulate collaboration proposals that may arise during the <br />activities of cooperation. <br />ARTICLE VII <br />If a specific project requires the exchange of experts, the parties will agree, <br />in each case, the conditions required for this exchange. <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />The parties agree that the personal commissioned will continue under the <br />discretion and dependence of the institution understanding that there cannot <br />be a working relationship with the other party. <br />
