Also present were Acting <br />City Manager George Williams, and City Attorney Hutton. <br />Agreement for S.B.T.S. Funds <br />Mayor Huntoon stated the Special Meeting was called to discuss a proposed Agreement designed to designate a <br />recipient of Section V Federal Transit Funds for the balance of this Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1975. <br />On motion of Councilwoman Spragins, seconded by Councilman Hayes and unanimously passed, the Council author- <br />ized Mayor Huntoon to request that Mayor W.
