<br />San Bernardino County Flood Control District
<br />City Manager Huffaker read a letter dated April 10, 1975, from C. J. DiPietro, Federal Projects Coordinator for the
<br />San Bernardino County Flood Control District, requesting Mayor Huntoon execute a Utility Relocation Agreement
<br />covering the removal and reconstruction of the Pegion Pass Electrical Transmission Line crossing the Santa Ana River,
<br />necessitated by construction of Phase V, Zone 2, Lytle and Warm Creeks Improvement Project by the Corps of
<br />Engineers.
<br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to authorize Mayor to executive Utility Relocation
<br />Agreement between City of Colton and San Bernardino County Flood Control District, subject to approval by our City
<br />Attorney. Vote was unanimous.

<br />Planning Director Williams requested the Planning Commission Resolution No. 769, zone change for ABC Appliances,
<br />be set for public hearing on May 6, 1976.

<br />Circulation and Transportation Element
<br />Planning Director Williams requested that Planning Commission Resolution No. 770, amendment to the General Plan,
<br />Circulation and Transportation Element, be set for public hearing on May 6, 1975.

<br />for public hearing May 6, 1975. Vote was unanimous.

<br />Planning Director Williams read from his memorandum dated April 9, 1975, advising the City's allocation for 1975-76
<br />Fiscal Year SB -325 Claim funds will be $150,005; Article 4, Public Transportation, $110,000, and Article 8, Transporta-
<br />tion -Planning and Local Street and Road Construction, $40,005.
<br />Mr. Williams said Staff requests approval from the Council authorizing the Mayor to execute Article 4 and 8 Claims,
<br />and adoption of Resolution No. 3512, approving same.

<br />Community Services Director Young referred to a memorandum dated April 3, 1975, regarding receipt of bids for the
<br />annual weed abatement program.
<br />Mr. Young advised that Staff recommends the bid be awarded to Wood & Associates for $10,081.25. Unanimous vote.
