Boards and Commissions: Civil Service Commission Mayor Huntoon requested tabling of appointments to Civil Service Commission until next regular Council meeting. Recreation & Parks Commission Mayor Huntoon announced reappointment of Richard Mosher, Davis Lozano, and Amos Kent. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Spragins to ratify Mayor's appointments to the Recreation and Parks Commission. Vote was unanimous. CITY ATTORNEY: Claims: Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to table Claims of Frank Hernandez and Harold J. Hiett, as requested by the City Attorney. Vote was unanimous. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Spragins, to accept City Attorney's recommendation to reject Claim of Southern California Gas Company. Vote was unanimous. Mayor Huntoon led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by the Reverend Father Michael Keane of Immaculate Conception Parish.
